Is the free tier a trial?
No. Free is free forever, with no card and no expiry. What is time-limited is the 14 days of Pro every new account opens with: when those end the account carries on as a free one, and everything you built stays exactly where you left it.
Does the price go down if I stay?
Yes. On monthly it steps down after 3, 6, 12 and 18 months, to $30 a month. On annual it steps down at the renewal after 12 months and again after 24. It counts unbroken months on Pro, so cancelling starts the count again from the list price, and it is not backdated.
Why is it $49 and not less?
Because the inputs cost money. Sell-side research, positioning data, central bank pricing and the news are paid feeds, and a terminal of this class normally runs into four figures a month. $49 is what covers the data and keeps the product being developed by someone who trades with it.
What happens when I cancel?
You drop back to free at the end of the period you have paid for. Your account stays open and nothing on your boards is deleted: Pro panels show their locked state where you put them and come back if you return. If you only need a break, you can pause for a month instead, with nothing charged, and it resumes on its own.
How does the trial work?
You do not start it. Every new account gets 14 days of full Pro from the moment it is created, with no card and nothing to cancel. After 14 days it becomes a free account: the Pro panels show their locked state where you put them and come back if you subscribe. One per account. Sentinel, the AI analyst, is the one part of Pro the trial does not include.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. If something has gone wrong with a charge, open a ticket from the account menu in the terminal and I will sort it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. $490 a year works out at $40.83 a month, which is 2 months free against paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
