Cancellation & Refunds
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at contact@elitetraders.io. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier. Your data and account are retained unless you ask us to delete them.
2. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights are not affected.
Any refund we do provide is issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Billing questions and errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at contact@elitetraders.io within a reasonable time and we will investigate promptly.
4. Price changes
If we change the price of Pro, we will give reasonable notice and the new price will apply from your next billing cycle. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
5. Free tier
The free tier has no charge and requires no cancellation, you can simply stop using it, or request account deletion at any time.
